Included at Currumbin RSL or Dune Cafe (black pants/skirt, white collared shirt with black enlcosed non-slip shoes essential)

Your barista training takes a thorough look at the coffee phenomenon. This course covers detailed information on the operation of the espresso machine, OH &S, hygiene and quality coffee making techniques. Our students will learn the art of creating a perfect espresso & smooth, silky textured milk. 9 different coffee styles will be reproduced. Our training emphasises the importance of consistent quality & offers work experience in our award winning club.

To commence in the Espresso Coffee Course you must first complete the Basic Barista training – see basic barista for dates – you will then be given the 2nd day to return from the trainer to complete your theory and practical exam.
