This course is designed for people who wish to enter or are in the hospitality industry and need their Responsible Service of Gaming for employment in Queensland.

It is now mandatory that all employees hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate which must be issued under the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Regulation approved course.  This course will provide you with the necessary skills to work in the gaming industry today. Students will learn the gaming regulations and the techniques for identifying and assisting problem gamblers. Understanding your responsibilities when dealing with patrons, management and security personnel. Gambling is to be monitored now and support provided to patrons.
