15 year old Palm Beach Currumbin High student, Sarah Grimshaw plans to take her hospitality career to new heights with her dream of becoming a flight attendant. In between completing her senior year at Palm Beach Currumbin High, enjoying her love of sports and waitressing at The Beach Shack, Currumbin Sarah attends Ignite Education one afternoon a week to undertake her Certificate III in Hospitality as a school based Trainee.

It is really good to be able to do a Certificate III in Hospitality as it is so life changing. I can’t walk into a cafe now without thinking about what I’ve learnt and checking out the service!”
